1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", or "you") and 8k812 (hereinafter referred to as "8k812", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8k812 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Services").

Creating or operating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using accounts belonging to other persons is strictly prohibited. 8k812 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If we detect or reasonably suspect that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close all such accounts, void any bets or wagers placed through those accounts, and confiscate any balances or winnings contained therein.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Exchange rate fluctuations are not the responsibility of 8k812. If you deposit or withdraw funds using a different currency, conversion rates will be determined by your payment provider or financial institution.

4. Gameplay Rules and Betting Terms

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Termination

8k812 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, prolonged inactivity, or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any outstanding balances in your account will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If your account is terminated due to violations of these Terms, 8k812 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, we will process any outstanding withdrawal requests in accordance with our standard procedures.

12. Amendments to Terms

8k812 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time.
